Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that footwear must be returned in the original, undamaged shoebox.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items and affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the package. Drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Credit
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, a digital gift card or exchange confirmation will be sent to your email within 5-7 business days.
